The Fringe

TRANSITION HAIR: fall styles to wear NOW!

Can you believe it?  We're cruising through another incredible summer, but fall's fashions have already been unveiled on catwalks around the world.  We've been seeing some seriously amazing autumn trends that work right now as well.  Update your style with something that will carry your coif courageously into the cooler weather; it doesn't take much!  Read on for some of my favorite transitional trends!

THE FRINGE:

Personally, I'm always a fan of some fabulous fringe.  It's one of the easiest and least committal ways to spruce up your style, and this fall its all about framing that beautiful face of yours.  And be bold!  The most current way to wear fringe is heavy and rounded, as seen on the runways of Marni, Elie Saab, and Kate Spade.  So haute.

THE SHORT HAIRCUT:

This cut has been EVERYWHERE lately, and with good reason!  This short and soft crop is so easy to wear, and is universally flattering!  The shape follows the roundness of the head, and can be worn a million and one ways. Talk to your pro about what works best for you.  GORGEOUS!

Long fringe, smoothed texture.

Balmain f/w '12, textured layers.

Piecey fringe, soft volume.

Sharp and polished with fringe.

THE STYLE:

Sleek, slick, and smooth is the name of the styling game next season.  Not looking to rid your self of length?  STYLE IT, my dear! Go for understated glam with glossy locks; works on all lengths from short to long, and can even be incorporated with a ponytail!  With lower humidity on the way, this style is a welcome contrast to the summer's relaxed texture.

Keep soaking up the rest of the summer season, sweethearts.
But as always, lets keep looking forward!
Promise I'll lead you in the right direction.  Come see me soon, and bring your ideas for updating your look!

Stay gorgeous,
xoxo

Miinto.com Your Favorite Fashion Shop

I would like to talk about a company called Miinto. I had recently been contacted by their marketing manager (He loved my blogging).

I researched the company, and seeing as I love to wear stylist and comfortable clothing, I looked them up. I recently learned from the marketing manager that Miinto.com likes to keep their networking between them and other small or independent businesses/companies. They seem very independent themselves!

I always get people's attention at the salon where I work, and I know that if i ever wore the clothes that are from Miinto, that I know they would sure as hell get a lot of  business!

I appreciate that they want to work with other small or independent businesses/companies because where I work, there is only one Salon Heaven & Spa, and clients feel special when they come in, it's almost as if a light switch has gone off and they become happier, more relaxed, and ready to get beautified!

Miinto.com uses brands such as Michael Kors, Gucci, True Religion, Converse (which I die for!), Tommy Bahamas, 7 For All Mankind, Diesel, and Nike.

Here is their link!

I strongly ask you to visit Miinto.com for your shopping!

A little background:

The Miinto Group, LTD is an international web-based fashion retailingcompany established in 2009 in CopenhagenDenmark by two Danishentrepreneurs, Konrad Kierklo and Mike Radoor.[2] The company is specialized in the high quality clothing and accessories retailing for men, women and children. After establishing themselves in Denmark, Sweden and Norway, Miinto entered the United States market in 2011.[3] Internationally, Miinto includes over 1,000 stores, offering 90,000 products.[4]
Miinto Group was founded following the huge success of online food ordering service called Just-Eat, founded in 2000 also in Denmark,[6] where the original concept was first invented and developed by two separate groups simultaneously; Just-Eat led by Christian Frismodt and FoodZoom led by Jesper Buch.[7] Upon discovering they were working on the same idea, and due to Denmark having a fairly small consumer base due to its size, the two companies merged, adopting FoodZoom’s ordering process whilst maintaining Just-Eat’s name and logo.
Nine years later, men behind Just-Eat decided to use the same concept, but now on clothing thus paving the way for establishment of Miinto[8]. In the following years, Miinto will spread to the fashion marketplace of some Western Europe's countries, as well as in the United States. Miinto is currently the largest Danish online clothing store[9].
